- (a) The office accommodation portfolio consists of (i) fifty-six (56) office spaces in the province with (ii) thirteen (13) in the city centre, (b)(i) one (1) of these spaces is vacant and (ii) none is ready to be occupied and/or requires minor renovations, (c)(i) thirteen (13) provincial government departments and (ii) one (1) entity occupy offices in these properties and (d) no rental is charged per month.
