Whether her Department has signed a lease agreement for new office space; if so, (a) what are the relevant details, (b) what is the detailed process that was followed to arrive at this decision, (c) how was the company identified, (d) what are the details of the company and the shareholders who own the property, (e) what is the length of the lease agreement and (f) what is the cost breakdown per (i) month and (ii) year?
Answer Body:
The WCED does not sign lease agreements. The Department of Transport and Public Works is responsible for securing leases on behalf of all government departments.
