(1) What is the current (a) staffing organogram and (b) salary scale of all the employees of the of the Kannaland Municipality;
(2) Whether any posts have been filled during the current financial year at the Kannaland Municipality; if so, (a) which posts and (b) in which salary band?
3(1)(a) In May 2020, the Municipality approved a new organisational structure that has the same number of posts as the previous organisational structure (235 posts), but resulted in a R4,69 million reduction in costs, mainly due to strengthening the organisation in the operational area and by merging management functions. A copy of the organogram has been attached as Annexure “A”.
3(b) The staff establishment with all the salary scales is attached hereto as Annexure
“B”.
3(2) No posts have been filled in the current financial 2020/21 Financial Year.
