Human Settlements
(1) Whether the following persons, whose names have been furnished to his Department for the purpose of his reply, have applied for housing subsidies in the Witzenberg Local Municipality in the period 1991 to 2017; if so, what are the relevant details;
(2) whether subsidies were approved; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
(1)(2)(i) Ms Nomamapondomise Cynthia Bless: The application was approved in the Vredebes Housing Project during September 2020; the house is still to be constructed. Ms Bless subsequently lodged a complaint through my office, which was investigated through the Witzenberg Municipality. The attached response from the Witzenberg Municipality was submitted to Ms Bless.
(ii) Mr Walter Manjiya: He is registered as Ms NC Bless’s dependant.
