- The actual expenditure for the maintenance of the drainage systems and road infrastructure for the period 2014 to 2020 is set out in Annexures A to G, attached to this written reply. The current financial reporting format used by municipalities is prescribed by National Treasury and does not provide the breakdown of the actual expenditure per town or sub-town level.
