With regard to extortion at departmental construction sites:

(a) How many construction sites are currently the target of extortion, (b) how many of these incidents are being investigated by the police, (c) what are the names of the sites being targeted, (d) what is the value of these construction projects and (e) how are timelines being affected by this?
