Whether his Department can provide the following:
(a)The employment contract of the current municipal manager of the Laingsburg Municipality,
(b)A list of any non-monetary benefits that he or she has received annually since being employed, and
(c)Any bonus he or she has received annually since being employed.
(a)The Employment Contract of the Municipal Manager of the Laingsburg Municipality commenced on 1 January 2019 and shall endure for a fixed term of 5 years not exceeding a period of one year after the election of the next municipal Council. A copy of the employment contract is attached as Annexure “B”.
(b) The Municipal Manager has not received any non-monetary benefits annually since being employed at Laingsburg Municipality.
(c) The Municipal Manager has not received any bonus annually since being employed at Laingsburg Municipality.
