Whether there are any reported COVID-19 cases in any of the Department’s facilities, including at state-run old-age homes and those managed privately; if so, how many cases and how many deaths have there been?
Answer Body:
Yes, there are reported cases i) Total of 7 staff in the Departments Secure Care facilities, ii) the Department do not have state-run-old age homes; iii) Total of 16 residences and 19 staff in Private Villages and a total of 18 residences and 41 staff in NPO Old Age Homes were reported as infected. A total of 10 deaths were reported to the Department.
