With regard to service-delivery readiness for specialised care:
(a) How many public (i) oncologists, (ii) gynaecologists and (iii) obstetricians are there in the province, (b) how many (i) district hospitals and community clinics are there in the province and (ii) of these facilities, how many are able to provide the specialised care referred to in (a), (c) what percentage of the province’s population receives antiretroviral and pre-exposure prophylaxis from her Department and (d) (i) how many mental healthcare facilities are there in the province and (ii) whether any further mental healthcare facilities are being planned for designation or construction; if so, what are the relevant details?
