1. Welcome

2. Walkabout between the 4th and 7th floors of the WCPP precinct to examine the fire mitigating measures in place in case of a fire outbreak on each respective floor.

3. Briefings by the Western Cape Provincial Parliament on:

3.1 the 4th Quarterly Performance Report for the 2021/2022 financial year (January- March 2022);

3.2 the 4th Quarterly Financial Statement for the 2021/2022 financial year (January- March 2022); and

3.3 feedback on any instructions issued in term of Section 37 (6) & Section 66 (2) of the FMPPLA.

4. Consideration and adoption of the following draft committee documents:

4.1 Committee Minute of 22 March 2022.

4.2 Committee 3rd and 4th quarterly reports of the 2021/22 financial year.

4.3 Committee Annual Activities Report of the 2020/21 financial year.

4.4 Committee resolutions tracking document for the 2nd and 3rd quarters of the 2021/22 financial year.
