An Oversight Visit of the abovementioned standing committee will take place as follows:

07:30                    Depart from the Provincial Legislature building

08:30-09:00           Presentation by the Department of Social Development on the progress made on the           

                              pilot  project to improve English and Cognitive Development in Early Childhood Development Centres

9:00-09:30             Questions and answer session    

09:30-09:45           Depart from Westlake Community Church Trust to briefly view a comparative site at Sunbeam Crèche in

                              Westlake

09:45-12:00           Depart from Sunbeam Crèche in Westlake to Masakhane Crèche in Masiphumelele to observe a therapy

                              session with the children of the facility              

12:00 – 12:30        Depart for the Provincial Parliament

12:30 -13:45        Lunch to be served in the Members Lounge
