With regard to the newly established departments of Infrastructure and Mobility:

(1) What is the (a) budget allocation for each of these departments and (b) budget breakdown per programme;

(2) whether, with regard to the budget allocation that was passed by the provincial parliament for the 2022/23 financial year, any allocations were made to these new departments; if not, what laws and regulations permitted the redetermination of the provincial budget with no consultation of the provincial legislature to allocate budgets to these new departments; if so, what are the relevant details;

(3) whether she or her Department has sought any legal advice on the redetermination of the provincial budget to make allocations to the new departments; if so, what are the relevant details?
