Public hearings on the Property Practitioners Bill
The Western Cape Provincial Parliament’s Standing Committee on Economic Opportunities, Tourism and Agriculture will conduct public hearings on the Property Practitioners Bill [B 21B–2018] (NCOP). These public hearings will be conducted in accordance with the national Constitution and the Constitution of the Western Cape.

Public hearings on Commissioner for Children Bill
The Western Cape Provincial Parliament’s Standing Committee on the Premier and Constitutional Matters will conduct public hearings focusing on the Western Cape Commissioner for Children Bill [B 4–2018] as part of its constitutional responsibilities.
The aim of the Bill is to provide for the appointment of a Commissioner for Children in the Western Cape; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

Nominations for the Western Cape Language Committee
The Western Cape Provincial Parliament’s Standing Committee on Cultural Affairs and Sport, in compliance with section 7 of the Western Cape Provincial Languages Act (Act 13 of 1998), invites the general public to nominate suitable persons as members of the Western Cape Language Committee.
