1) What was the budget that was allocated to the South African Police Service and the SAPS Western Cape in the (a) 2015/16, (b) 2016/17, (c) 2017/18, (d) 2018/19 and (e) 2019/20 financial years;
(2) what was the shortage of police officers in the (a) 2017/18, (ii) 2018/19 and (iii) 2019/20 financial years?
