Answer Body:
(a) 4 learners (Grade 4)
(b) 15 unplaced learners:
Grade 8 – 10 learners
Grade 9 – 4 learners
Grade 10 – 1 learner
Total Unplaced learners in Mitchell’s Plain is 19
All these learners will be placed when schools re-open, as the placement process was halted in March due to COVID-19.
