Whether he can provide details of the people who have been arrested for violating the regulations of the lockdown, including the (a) total number of people arrested and (b) areas where they reside; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
Answer Body:
The South African Police Services informed me as follows:
This office is not in a position to provide those details as all information pertaining to the National Lockdown has been centralised to the NATJOINTS.
