The Department of Cultural Affairs and Sport do play a role in the division of the Municipal Infrastructure Grant, but this does not put the department in a position to respond to the various aspects of the question asked.

We did receive some feedback from some municipalities, but the overall information receive is insufficient to respond adequately to the question. The municipalities have indicated that their staff have been dedicated to the COVID 19 pandemic and as a result is not able to respond to the question immediately. For this reason it is suggested a full and comprehensive response to this question to follow once all the municipalities are in a position to assist with a response to the question.
