Whether any progress has been made with regard to building the Rouxville Primary School; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
Answer Body:
11. Yes, there has been progress made in terms of acquiring the land to build a new school that the existing Rouxville PS will be relocated to.
The target location is still underdeveloped and the Department of Transport and Public Works is fully engaged with town planning and environmental consultants on how to develop the site. The property was acquired in the 2018/19 Financial Year and transfer is expected to be fully completed by September 2020. Planning for the school will be accelerated once the transfer has been finalised.
