With regard to the reopening of schools in the province:
Whether walking bus members are allowed to walk learners to schools; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;
whether members of walking buses had been tested for COVID-19 before schools reopened; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;
whether members of walking buses have been provided with PPE; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
Answer Body:
The walking bus is no longer a provincial mandate. It is managed by the City of the Cape Town by the Office of the Mayor
