- whether he can provide a breakdown of the expenditure of all municipalities in the province on the Danger Allowance Policy in (a) March, (b) April and (c) May; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
3.1 Across municipalities in the Province, only essential staff needed for the provision of basic municipal services as well as safety and security personnel worked onsite during the lockdown periods. All municipalities kept record of attendance and this information can be provided upon request.
3.2 Most municipalities in the Province do not have a Danger Allowance Policy in place.Thus, they did not pay any danger allowances to any of their officials.
3.3 Since most municipalities in the Province do not have a Danger Allowance Policy in place, accordingly no officials received any danger allowance payments.
