With regard to the availability and distribution of title deeds to housing beneficiaries:
(a) What is the number of active deeds offices in the province, (b) what is the operating procedure of any such offices when a COVID-19 case is confirmed on site and (c) what are the alternatives for beneficiaries to receive their deed certificates other than by the traditional route of physically attending the office

We are unfortunately not in a position to respond to the questions as the Deeds Office is a National Government competency. The Director for Land and Asset Management, Mr Roy Stewart's office forwarded the question to the Department of Rural Development and Land Reform for a response.
