(aa)  Transgressions included:  theft/fraud, dishonesty, common assault, sexual assault/harassment, improper conduct, assessment irregularity, financial mismanagement, absenteeism, misuse of GG vehicles, insubordination, and poor performance for other reasons than incapacity.

(bb)  Sanctions varied depending on the severity of the charges. They included: dismissal, demotion, fine, suspension without pay, or final written warning. All sanctions (except for dismissal) are coupled with final written warnings.
