With reference to CAS 33/02/2021 Kirstenhof:
- What charges have been brought in respect of this CAS number;
- whether a blood alcohol sample was taken from the driver of the vehicle, if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;
- whether (a) the victim requested a blood alcohol sample be taken and (b) witnesses claimed the driver was under the influence of alcohol; if so, what are the relevant details;
- (a) what speed the vehicle was travelling when it crashed into and rear ended another vehicle and (b) what is the speed limit of the road on which the crash occurred;
- whether if paramedics attend to an injured person at a crash site, SAPS considers the scene to be contaminated; If so, what are the relevant details?
