What are the (a) dates, (b) times, (c) venues, (d) resolutions and (e) names of those who were in attendance at meetings with the liquor industry and with him and his Department from the time of his appointment until 30 August 2021?

Answer Body: 

 

The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI), amongst other, promote the protection of personal information processed by public and private bodies, introduce certain conditions so as to establish minimum requirements for the processing of personal information and places certain restriction on the publication of personal information.  As a result of these requirements set by the POPI Act, the names of attendees at the various meetings are not published to ensure compliance to the requirements of the POPI Act.
