With reference to the reply to question 12 of 16 July 2021:
(1)    (a) Which vacant land parcels are referred to in the reply and (b) what (i) are the locations of the land parcels, (ii) is the size of the land parcels and (iii) are the current zoning details per land parcel;
(2)    whether any of the properties are earmarked for housing; if so, (a) which properties and (b) what are the details of the status of transfer to the Housing Development Agency and/or other government entity;
(3)    whether any land parcels are intended for other social benefit or any other beneficial              purpose for residents; if so, what are the relevant details?

The City has been furnished with a draft Deed of Sale which is to be submitted by the City as its formal offer to purchase, for consideration by the Department in terms of the provisions of the Regulations promulgated in terms of the Western Cape Land Administration Act 6 of 1998.
