With regard to his upcoming mid-term policy statement:
(1) What are the detailed plans for the reconstruction and recovery of the Western Cape economy;
(2) whether he has consulted with citizens, the civil society and other social partners and stakeholders in preparing the adjusted budget estimates; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details;
(3) whether, with regard to the widening inequalities in the province and the economic impact of COVID-19 on the poor, he will make provisions to protect the most vulnerable; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
