(1) What is the updated details regarding the sexual harassment case against a certain person, whose name has been furnished to his Department for the purpose of his reply;
(2) whether he has been made aware of the reasons for the Head of Department’s delay in acting on the findings and recommendations of the internal investigation into this matter; if so, what are the relevant details;
(3) whether he has received a formal complaint against the conduct of the Head of the Department and other senior officials in his Department for their handling of this case; if so, what are the relevant details?
(i) I have been informed that a decision has been taken by the Head of Department and communicated to the complainant.
(ii) The Head of Department took the time she believed necessary to consider all the relevant facts, evidence and information. In addition, she needed to clarify certain matters with the drafters of the report tabled to her.
(iii) I have been informed that any such complaint will be dealt with by the Office of the Premier.
