Community Safety
(a) What are the questions that form part of the SAPS customer survey, (b) what is the overall level of satisfaction for each of the clusters in the province in the (i) 2017/18, (ii) 2018/19 and (iii) 2019/20 financial years and (c) how many surveys were conducted per cluster for the same period?
(a) Till (c) SAPS Western Cape does not conduct formal customer surveys. This was a competency that resorted under the Department of Community Safety in previous years and was referred to as exit polls.
