Whether he can give a breakdown of the expenditure by his Department and municipalities in (a) 2014/15, (b) 2015/16, (c) 2016/17, (d) 2017/18, (e) 2018/19, (f) 2019/20 and (g) 2020/21, including details of (i) SMMEs and emerging contractors and (ii) big companies that benefited in each of the projects, including the amounts benefited by each; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?
