What are the (a) dates, (b) times, (c) venues, (d) resolutions and (e) names of those who were in attendance at meetings with the liquor industry with him and his Department from the time of his appointment until 30 July 2021?

Please note with regard to 12(e) that due to concerns related to the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act 4 of 2013) the names of individuals could not be provided. Where organisations from the liquor industry were present at the meetings, the name of the organisation is listed and well as the number of people from the organisation that attended the meeting.
