Answer Body: 

(a) The Bonteheuwel Multi-Purpose Centre belongs to the Western Cape Government (b) It is currently used as a community centre by NPOs and government departments (c) details of the organisations that are currently using it are SAPS, Bonteheuwel Taxi Association, Bonteheuwel Disability Group, Disability South Africa, Social Development, Narcotics Anonymous,  Church Groups, Community Development Workers, Joint Peace Forum, Karate Club and Orchids Seniors (d) Applications are directed to the Chief Directorate:  Immovable Asset Management within the Department of Transport and Public Works
