Current Status
Civils portion:
The Civils contractor, Martin and East is currently on site for the installation of civil services to the final 484 sites and courtyards on Phase 1.5 of the catalytic project. Together with the previously installed 2,062 serviced sites, this will bring the final total to 2,546 serviced sites on the full Phase 1 by 14 December 2021. The outbreak of COVID-19 and the subsequent lockdown delayed the initial stages of completion, but the contractor managed to still deliver and put measures in place to mitigate with strict adherence to the government regulations pertaining to COVID-19.
Top Structure portion:
Tender for Phase 1A of 800 top structures was awarded to the contractor, TSSN Carriers and the contract commenced on 26 August 2019. The contractual completion date is scheduled for 22 April 2022 (29-month Contract).
The construction of 190 top structure are at various stages of completion. The overall progress is 54%.
