With reference to the reply to Question 10 published on the Question Paper for Written Reply dated 5 March 2021:

 

QUESTION

  1. how many of the 2874 personal developmental plans were senior citizens?

b) how many of these seniors been reintegrated to a (i) family or (ii) old age homes?

(c) how long has each of these members been living at the shelters?

Answer Body: 

a) A total of 126 personal developmental plans were senior citizens

 (i) A total of 77 seniors were reunified with family.

       (ii) A total of 9 seniors were referred to old age homes

(c) The average stay for a senior is 1 year, and longest was 6 years.

     The shortest stay for a senior was 2 days before being referred to an old age home.
