With reference to the reply to question 10 of 12 November 2021:

(a) Why is her Department funding an organisation that does not have offices and (b) what is the race breakdown of the members of the committee;

(a) when did the upgrade of each of the courts take place, (b) how much was spent on the upgrade per facility and (c) what are the details of the companies that worked on the upgrades;

(a) what were the (i) administration, (ii) transformation and (iii) development funds used for and (b) what are the details of what the funding was used for;

what are the details of major events that were held in all the years for which funding was made available?

Answer Body: 
  1. It is not a requirement for organisations to have office accommodation to qualify for funding. Due to the limited resources the benefits of an office are not justified as there are alternate ways to access office bearers and alternate ways for the office bearers to conduct their business without a physical office space.
