- What are the detailed updates regarding the building of clinics in (i) Blanco and (ii) Pacaltsdorp, (b)(i) how much has been spent on the building process for these clinics and (ii) what is the detailed breakdown of the expenditure, (c) what are the details of the tasks that have been undertaken from the sod-turning ceremony in August to date and (d) when will the clinic buildings be (i) completed and (ii) operational?

- (i) Blanco - Tender evaluation process completed and a contractor recommended. Await appointment letter from National.
(ii) Pacaltsdorp - Tenders evaluation process to be completed by National.
