1. Welcome

2. Briefings by the Western Cape Provincial Parliament on:

2.1. the 2nd and 3rd Quarterly Performance reports for the 2021/2022 financial year (July-December 2021);

2.2. the 2nd and 3rd Quarterly Financial statements for the 2021/2022 financial year (July- December 2021);

2.3. the establishment and function of the newly established Strategy and Institutional Oversight Directorate;

2.4. how WCPP conducts its public tours, including the process for inviting relevant stakeholders to participate in the business of the Legislature;

2.5. *the Institution’s Annual Performance Plan for the 2022/23 financial year;

2.6. feedback on whether GRAP 104 on Financial instruments (revised) has been implemented; and

2.7. feedback on any instructions issued in term of Section 37 (6) & Section 66 (2) of the FMPPLA.
