2. whether her the Department has plans to build more high schools in the area; if not, why not; if so, what are the relevant details?

Note: High schools accommodate more learners per grade and have fewer grades than primary schools.
(2) Two high schools are planned for the Mitchells Plain area:
New Tafelsig HS – planning to commence in 2023/24
New Phillipi HS – planning to commence 2023/24
