2. Briefing by the Western Cape Education Department, including the Auditor-General of South Africa, on how the Department will deal with its 2020/21 audit outcome findings in order to mitigate a future recurrence.

3. Briefing by the Provincial Forensic Services on the 1st and 2nd quarters forensic investigations for the 2021/22 financial year across all departments and entities of the Western Cape Government.

4. Consideration and adoption of the draft Committee minutes of 4 May 2022.
