With regard to issuing of Government Motor Transport (GMT) cars to staff during the sixth administration:

(a)    How many of these vehicles were issued to staff members with a rank lower than assistant director and (b) for what reasons were vehicles issued to them?

Answer Body: 

12.    [a]   There were 137 booked out occurrences made to Assistant Directors and lower, against the 182 vehicles in use within the Department during this period.
