1. Opening and welcome

1.1 Briefing by the Cape Winelands District Municipality on the support provided to B Municipalities with regards to bulk infrastructure

2. Briefing by the Cape Winelands District Municipality, Witzenberg Municipality, Drakenstein Municipality, Stellenbosch Municipality, Breede Valley Municipality, Langeberg Municipality and the Department of Human Settlements, on:

2.1 The support provided to B Municipalities with regards to bulk infrastructure;

2.2 The current status of the Municipal Housing Demand Database vs how it aligns with the Provincial Housing Demand Database;

2.3 The challenges that the Municipality experience when implementing housing project;

2.4 How does the municipality aligns their housing projects to the prioritized programmes for the prioritized beneficiaries as per the provincial housing policy;

2.5 The challenges experienced since the inception of the housing projects;

2.6 The housing business plans/projects in the pipeline including projects that generate revenue e.g. social housing;

2.7 Roles and responsibilities of MAYCO members and Portfolio chairs of housing when coming to housing projects; and

2.8 Municipal state of readiness with regards to possible flood disasters with the upcoming winter season.
