(1) Whether, with reference to the GOPro robbery on Sir Lowry’s Pass on 31 May 2014, any suspects have been arrested; if so, what are the relevant details,
(2) whether any suspects have appeared in court; if not, why not; if so, on what charges?
Answer Body:
[1] Three suspects have been apprehended.
[2] The suspects have appeared in court on a charge of Robbery with a fire arm and the case remanded to 2014-08-06.
