- [a] How many clinics or hospitals are in the Swellendam municipal area, [b] for each facility [i] where are they situated, [ii] what is the patient doctor ratio and [iii] how many patients visit per day and [b] what are the prevalent illnesses in the area;
- whether any of these facilities are understaffed, if so, [a] how and [b] when will the situation be addressed;
