The Provincial Government Western Cape since 2009 disposed of the following properties to entities/ individuals at the purchase prices as indicated below. Five (5) properties were disposed of to Previously Disadvantaged Individuals during the said period. The property details are indicated in the schedule below under the heading Erf Number, the prices paid under Purchase Price, name of purchaser under the heading Purchaser, and properties disposed of to Previously Disadvantaged Individuals are indicated as PDI against the name of the purchaser.
