No, CapeNature has no action plans to alert the public of the presence of category one and two plants in their garden since the Alien Invasive Species (AIS) Regulations states that the provincial Department is not the designated issuing authority nor has the provincial Department received any delegation in terms of the AIS Regulations from the national Minister of Environmental Affairs.
