What are the land and property acquisitions made by the provincial government for the period 1 May 2009 until 30 April 2015 for each include the following information, (a) former owner, (b) size, (c) land use zoning at the time of purchase, (d) value at the time of purchase, (e) cost to the province, (f) reason for the acquisition and (g) intended use of the property?
Answer Body:
The Provincial Government Western Cape acquired the land / properties set out in the attached spreadsheet during the period 1 May 2009 until 30 April 2015. Some information regarding the zoning of the properties at the time of purchase is not available at present, which information is currently being sourced from the respective Municipalities within the Province.
