(1)  (a) How many health care facilities are in the Mossel Bay municipal area and (b) for each of the facilities (i) how many staff members are working in the various career groups, (ii) how many hours does this staff work, (iii) where is it located, (iv) what is the extent of the population served by it, (v) what specific services are being rendered by each of the facilities and (vi) how many contact cases are there;

(2)  whether the facilities mentioned above are open to the public; if not, why

      not; if so, what are the relevant details?

(v) Community Day Centres, clinics and mobiles all render the full

package of care of Primary health Care Services for their level.  In addition, there is specialist psychiatry outreach. Mossel Bay District Hospital renders the full package of care for a district hospital.  In addtion there is specialist outreach from George Hospital for orthopedics, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, medicine and opthalmology. There is a local sessional surgeon.
