Whether his Department has any plans to fill the 61 permanent posts in future as opposed to finding contract workers who could put his Department at risk of losing skilled personnel; if not, why not; if so, (a) how and (b) when?
Answer Body:
Yes, my department is in the process of filling all vacancies on the
approved establishment that is recommended on the proposed structure which is currently being finalised by the Directorate: Organisation Development.
It is hoped that all the posts will be filled by the end of the next financial year i.e. 2015/2016.
