What will the National Development Plan outcomes be when implemented by his department for the (a) 2014/15, (b) 2015/16, (c) 2016/17, (d) 2017/18 and 2018/19 financial years?
Answer Body:
The National Development Plan objectives are being incorporated into the Department’s preparations for its 5 year Strategic Plan, which is part of the Provincial Strategic Plan. This plan has not been finalised, so the department cannot pre-empt the completion of that process.
