Answer Body:
[a] [he upgrading of the sports field in KwaNokuthul entails a soccer field which is being upgraded with lawn and ablution facilities.
[b] The first phase of the project is due to be completed by September 2014 and the second phase is planned for completion by June 2015.
[c] The amount budgeted for the project is R6m funded from the LOTTO grant system.
