- What is the status of St Monica’s Home, a home for the elderly, in the Bo-Kaap;
- whether it is functioning at its full capacity; if not, why not; if so , what are the relevant details;

- (1) In terms of rule 195 of the Standing Rules of the Western Cape Provincial Parliament this aspect of the question cannot be put as it does not fall within the area of responsibility of the Minister. Attached property detail for information, Annexure A.
